El Paso is in Texas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. Getting around El Paso is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Texas's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

Overall disappointed with their presentation, wrapping and quality. Ive eaten at several locations in various states but this is definately NOT up to corporate standards. Ordered 2 of these Halapeño bagels and aside from the favt that they both have 1 actual jalapeño slice on them they are not much bigger than a McMuffin....for the price you charge I would expect larger portions like other locations. DO NOT RECOMEND

Horrible experience 👎🏽 My boyfriend and I were waiting for our food when the employee calling out orders yelled a name that sounded very similar to my boyfriend’s. Believing it was our order, my boyfriend picked up the bag and we headed toward the parking lot. Moments later, the same employee came running out of the restaurant, yelling loudly and aggressively that it was not our order. He appeared extremely upset, was red in the face, and snatched the bag from my boyfriend while shaking his head. The entire interaction felt unnecessary and embarrassing, especially considering the mistake was an honest misunderstanding caused by the similarity in the names called out. After returning inside to continue waiting for our actual order, we found that we could not comfortably sit anywhere because the tables and chairs were extremely dirty and appeared not to have been cleaned. Overall, what should have been a pleasant dining experience turned into a frustrating and uncomfortable one due to both the employee’s behavior and the cleanliness of the dining area. I understand that the restaurant may have been understaffed, busy, or that the employee may have been having a bad day. However, th

So the last time I went to an Einstein bros was on a busses trip to San Francisco, over the holidays I was gifted a gift card from a colleague for Einstein Bros ,when I visited the SF store it was surprisingly super clean compared to outside area so I was pleased plus it's a bagel right so not complicated . Any how I remember having a good experience and the bagels where fresh and good. So going to this EB as soon as I walk in I'm hit with an unpleasant smell I'm already judging the spot. First of its the early morning like 8:46 am why is all the glass looking like it's never been cleaned, the floors super dirty , the glass where all the bagels are kept warm and trays dirty, the excess coffee bin filled with milk stain and also from the coffee. Let me just say this I have ran a restaurant or 4 in my days and I know for a fact the night crew or closing crew did not or do not do their job cleaning. So disappointed how filthy this place is and unfortunately for me the bagels where not good either. Normally I would let this one go , just don't go back but then how can management do better or get better. As many spots in the area struggling to stay open let me just say as a business o

We ordered the Brisket bagel and the Oktoberfest bagel and they were delicious. As for drinks I had the chai latte and my mom had a hot coffee. The tea was good but the coffee was great because you can pick which coffee you want to enjoy. T was the guy that helped us and was very kind. Thank for good food and service! We will definitely be stopping by more! Update ordered the egg and bacon sandwich on green chile bagel with Micheal and loved it. Thanks again!

My first time coming to eat here. Food and service was pretty good. I would recommend improvement in cleanliness, mostly in the restrooms. But other than that, my visit was pleasant. I will come back again to try out more of the many items they have.
